Electronic tutorial in higher education: the user experience at the University of Murcia
Abstract
This article presents the evaluation of the educational innovation experience about the introduction of electronic tutorial support for students in the University of Murcia (Spain). For this experience we have worked with more than 750 teachers using the telematic tools of our virtual learning environment. Finally 545 of them have answered the questionnaire on line about the methodology, the telematic tools to support the process, the volume of work for them, the problems found and their general satisfaction. The data obtained are summarized in this article and they are useful to provide some teaching guidelines to implement the on-line tutorial support as a strategy to work with students in high level courses.
