On-line application and processing of questionnaires

Abstract

In this paper expose the characteristics that owe to have an on-line questionnaire, and the advantages in front of the questionnaires in paper, likewise gives some councils of how improve the tax of answers. The archive of data that generates there is exposes like treating it to be able to analysis the data with a program of statistical analysis, and particular with the SPSS. It does a brief description of how can build a questionnaire with the program LimeSurvey and as it can export the data for his statistical treatment. Besides, it gives indications of how encode the data in those other programs that serve to put online questionnaires and that generate archive of data without encoding.
