Internet and quality of higher education in convergence european perspective
Abstract
A challenge for european universities is a educational integration of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).
These technologies allow to innovative and improved education quality because students may learn across a flexible and constructive process in a methodological approach of ECTS implementation. In this article also its described a campus virtual concept and it´s offer basic criteria to instructional web design.
