Restructuring the labor market. Occupational labor education in the case of Cordoba
Abstract
The function of occupational courses aimed at young people leaving the educational system at an early stage is in fact developing towards goals in public assistance.
This change occurs within a post-Keynesian model in labour relations, which the present paper will submit to critical scrutiny, as well as under new forms of social inequality that relate to new formulations of neoliberalism as a dominant discourse, in ways that will be illustrated through samples taken from group discussions and interviews.
Key Words: Labour changes, occupational labour education, group at risk, labor insertion, social capital
