The processes of observation from the practice: analysis of the competences

The project about the application of TIC in the practical training of the trainee teachers has been executed, which in its phase of observation of the conference development, overall socialprofessional, has revealed the importance of understanding and developing a group of twelve competences. They are organised in three big dimensions of synthesis:
Professional identity: it is related to empathy, to the ability of learning to learn and to work in group. â?¢ The taking of decision: it has been improved with the critical, researching and observant ability. â?¢ The program design: it si complete with the didactic methodology, command of TIC and much farther that ability of discover the emerging occupations. These arguments are confirmed both in the debate groups and in the percentage results turned out of the selfobservation process of students and professionals. We underline the methodological complementariness applied to the observation of the twelve analyzed competences. We start from a thorough scale of study of these competences, we investigate from, selfobservation, observations in couples and in debate groups. This research help us to focus on the creative task that qualifies each student. It also supplies a prolific path for a better social-professional training for each student from a practical point of view.
