These arguments are confirmed both in the debate groups and in the percentage results turned out of the selfobservation process of students and professionals. We underline the methodological complementariness applied to the observation of the twelve analyzed competences. We start from a thorough scale of study of these competences, we investigate from, selfobservation, observations in couples and in debate groups.
