Also THE ENTITY (Universidad Internacional de La Rioja) reserves the right to rectify, to modify and/or to replace as a whole or partly this web page, the information and materials contained therein, as well as the Privacy Policies. Responsibility of THE ENTITY

The access to this Web site as the use that may be made of the information contained therein is the exclusive responsibility of who performs it; the user assumes expressly that the access and the use of the web portal are of his sole and exclusive responsibility.

For this reason, THE ENTITY will not be liable in any case of the possible damages or prejudices that could be derived of the such access or the use of the information by the user, as well as neither of the possible failures or damages that the user's computer system (hardware and software), its files or stored documents, may suffer as consequence of the virus presence in its computer, a navigator malfunction event or the use of not updated versions of it.

In accordance with the Law 34/2002 of July 11 of Services of the Information and Electronic Trade Society, for any controversy that could arise the Spanish legislation will be of application.
