The process of effective integration of students with Down syndrome in Early Childhood Education: influential variables in this process PDF Print E-mail

In this study, we collect the different methods and strategies that teachers use to carry out the integration process of students with Down syndrome education Child-analyzing in more detail, different variables related to six major dimensions: content areas addressed, time spent on tasks, resources, materials, student participation, teacher supervision and, finally, the students integrated with the task. In conclusion, we offer the most important keys on this integration process, while raised up new avenues of research on the integration of students with Down syndrome in the classroom.
