In order to behave as a citizen, it is necessary to pass through a learning process, personal and embedded in a community. The aim of this learning process is to prepare autonomous individuals, willing to take part in the development of common projects that improve their own group and, at the same time, they should not forget the necessary relationship with others in order to attain a better, more human world. In this process, schools have an important role to play, many times forgotten, which is essential to underline once more. Marta Ruiz Corbella.
