The
author conceives human person as a being of traditions which education
must transmit and maintain: otherwise man would be a rootless being. An
unexpected change produces, concerning social and cultural life,
insecurity and risk. Nowadays culture is rich and mixed and young's
education in values requires cultural heritage and, concerning
educators, the courage of educating rightly, promoting civic virtues
