The concept of personal maturity as competence and his pedagogic possibilities

The article does an analysis of the complex concept of personal maturity, which is proposed as competence. The maturity would be reflected in one competent self, as structure of superior order, integrated in the personality of the subject. From a cognitive perspective, the maturity develops into determinant of widespread competences of the subject. From this concept of maturity, we raise its pedagogic possibilities.
